Inclarity Communications Ltd Privacy Statement

By purchasing or utilising Inclarity Communications Ltd goods, services or information including electronic media you consent to the use of Your Data in accordance with the guidelines set out  in this Privacy Statement.

"Your Data" means any information about you which is personally identifiable, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, email address, financial details (including card and bank details), user names and passwords issued to you, comments, personal descriptions, photos and other information from which you can be identified and which you may disclose to Inclarity Communications Ltd or otherwise at any time.
 
2. When does Inclarity Communications Ltd collect Your Data?
Inclarity Communications Ltd collects Your Data from you when you:

  • fill in an order form to purchase goods and services from Inclarity Communications Ltd;
  • make a complaint or enquiry or provide other feedback through the Website or otherwise to Inclarity Communications Ltd (see our contact details below for details); or

Please also note that the Websites may potentially be accessed from anywhere in the world and therefore Your Data may otherwise be transferred globally where you choose to post content containing Your Data on the Websites.
